A Co-evolutionary Framework

چکیده
This paper introduces a framework of consistent concepts and deenitions needed in the study of co-evolution. Drawing on previous work in Ecology, Evolution and Evolutionary Algorithms we present the basic forms of symbiotic relationships. Finally, we present a systematic approach to co-evolution that allows concise and uniied expression of all these types of symbiotic relationships. The resulting Linear Model of Symbiosis is easily added to all Evolutionary Algorithms.
